Our journey has completed another milestone on 23rd May this year. We found your guidance and support to be one of our motivating factors, for us to keep walking in the toughest of times. We have kept our promises or have made significant progress in that direction in the past one year.
Sattva is a monthly e-magazine with the vision To be an effective platform for the sharing of news, views and appreciation of the social change process, thus raising awareness and encouraging individuals and organizations to meaningfully contribute to society.
The second blood bank meet had been scheduled on this day to see the improvements that has achieved after the previous blood bank meet, six months ago and to further discuss about other issues to be taken into consideration from now on.
We have been working around the clock to build a good blood banking or networking system. It isn't just words that we utter, we strive to live every word we promise.
Excitement and secret plannings.. Passing on the some details and maybe polishing the acting and mimicry skills. As and when time permits, the volunteers huddle up or individually can be seen doing this as part of the preparation for WAR OF THE VOLS being organised for first time. And it is the first time which is always the most exciting one and all of us are gearing up for it.
We are having the first ever WAR OF THE VOLS this sunday (30/11/08). The volunteers will be using this occasion to show about the team and its working to everyone else, creatively with props and so on...

After five years of hard work for the cause of blood we found ourselves fit enough to stand before the torch bearers of the cause of blood in Bangalore. O 27th September, 2008 Sankalp organized its first Blood Bank Meet at NIMHANS.
