The Blood Awareness Week in RT Nagar Public School will begin from 23rd September (Saturday). The Principal has given permission for the event to held only on Saturdays. Thus the event held will be as thus:
Day 1 (23/08/08): A motivational talk, Skit performance and volunteers' talk about blood donation, a Question and Answer session to clear the doubt and misconceptions in the minds of the students, announcement of topics for the compititions.

This was the first school where the Blood Donation Awareness week was carried out. Though the volunteers were quite apprehensive in the beginning but with encouragement and support from the students,the skit progressed as planned.
Blood Awareness week is being organized by the NCC Cadets at Maharani Lakshmi Ammani College, Malleshwaram. Throughout this week a series of events will be help to educate and make aware the students of the college about the need and importance of Voluntary blood donation.
